Job Description

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive acquisition, activation, and conversion across OpNest’s partner journey. Your job is to build campaigns that are measurable, scalable, and ROI-driven — from landing pages and funnels to ads, WhatsApp re-engagement, and referral loops.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete growth funnel: traffic → leads → partner signups → activation
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta/Google) with clear CAC and ROAS targets
  • Improve landing pages, pricing pages, and onboarding flows with conversion experiments
  • Build WhatsApp + email re-engagement sequences (activation + renewals)
  • Create monthly growth reports: funnel metrics, cohort insights, and action plans
  • Coordinate with design + development teams to ship growth improvements fast

Required Skills

  • 3+ years in growth marketing / performance marketing / funnel optimization
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads + creatives + targeting + analytics
  • Experience with landing page CRO (A/B tests, heatmaps, tracking setup)
  • Solid grip on UTMs, events, pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution basics
  • Good copy sense: you can write conversion-first messaging (not “generic marketing”)
  • Comfortable with fast iteration, weekly experiments, and direct accountability
